SHIPPING POLICY
- Sea Moss Gel ships Monday Thursday to reduce transit time.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. We cannot replace packages shipped to an incorrect address.
- Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- We are not liable for delays caused by USPS/UPS, weather, or high-volume seasons.
- If tracking shows “delivered,” but the package is missing, customers must file a claim with the carrier.
